That Tyco Santa Fe passenger set isn't even 100% authentic - if you look closely, the B-unit is not Tyco, but Life-Like, as evidenced by the shorty stepladders.

what turns people off is the high butt postage rates!
they wonder why they aren't selling well as they should be
postage rates are THE #1 killer on Ebay I think
plus the sellers gotta pay a certain percentage back to Ebay
so instead of making $50 for example they get $20 Bleck

I've been watching this auction with the Tyco Fluorescent light pole for weeks now. The price is just a bit more than I want to pay since I have 68 on the layout and about 50 extras for burn out replacements. Plus! I have bought the older blister packs like these in the past only to find the light no longer work...

| Brian, I did not buy it. I already have one. It is a Sears uncataloged set from 1961. At $1500, it was a great buy. The set probably would have fetch around $2500 in a regular ebay auction. The set sold in less then one hour on ebay.
