In reference to your William Mason. It is a IHC locomotive. IHC did an American 440 series and this was one of the locomotives they made. They come up on eBay once in a while and are EXPENSIVE. The last one I saw went for over $130.

I do not have the B&O William Mason engine but my AHM KC&StL old timer is very similar.
