Does anyone know of a steam chassis 4-4-4
I have been trying to locate a F-1a Jubilee C.P.R. Ho Scale
I can only find a brass model and would have to sell my truck to buy it. So I said to myself why not build one. If I could find a 4-4-4 chassis that would be the most important part I could build the rest..

hi ken 4-4-4 chassis in american locos seem to be thin on the ground but you could try modifying a 2-4-4.2-4-2,4-4-2 etc,it could also be a cheaper way forward ken

* Make one from a pacific. Shorten the boiler a little. Find a trailing truck that will work. Incress the weight above the drivers, or decress the weight overhanging the drivers. Take everything that doesn't look like a Jublee, and change it to what does. Wahalla ! A Jublee !
* And yes it is easier to say it , than do it.
* I am still stumbling with a New Haven I5 Hudson for the longest tine now.
* I will get it done. I hope.
