Due to me being French (last name being Dampier) and was wondering, any good high quality 2 rail DC steamers and cars out there?

I have 2 french HO locomotives in with my trains. The first a JEP, this is the maker and not a off roader. Is to weard. It runs on 12 Dc but has a third center rail pickup. Very different. The other I would recomend. It is a Pacific type 4-6-2 made by Jouef . I had gotten it in trade as a parts loco. It had no tender with it. It was unpainted black plastic. Some small details like grab rods were broken off, and it was dirty and not run in a long time. Once it was cleaned and oiled it ran fine. I looked through my trays of spare tenders and found the exact tender that went with it. Very luckey. I painted it for the Pennsylvania Great Western railroad. A line I share with catfordken who also supplied me with this loco. It was my first loco to be painted for the PGW and I used yellow striping. Later on I changed to red, Much better. frank
