I made a new friend through Ebay today. He lives in CROATIA and is into Tyco. He purchased my Mantua / Tyco SF alco 430. I gave him info to join our site and the fun here. This is the furthest i have ever sold and shipped to. Was very nice communicating to him. He told me there are no Model train stores in CROATIA but interest in model trains abounds there. He said a lot of the older generation there is into hobby as some young. There is a model railroad organization there. He said they really like American trains and models which i found interesting. I was also suprised to learn that he is a big fan of my Tyco videos! through YouTube. Said he has watched them all especially the service video and power torque pull- his favorite! - It is a small world after all. Hope he joins us on here in near future.

"That is quite a popular hobby among the older generation.
We have a small association from the model railroading. There are lot of us enthusiasts who love train models. But we do not have specialized stores with models. Therefore, I buy models outside of our country. I like the American model trains.
Sorry for my bad english writing."

I have heard American kids from public school with worse spelling and grammar.

Hope he joins our group, maybe call it the Internationally Fun Trains You Can Own ( IFTYCO) organization.

IFTYCO...a real suitable acronym...
i think someone should make a forum all about tyco and have members who can submit ideas, contribute in polls, create topics, sell their old Tyco things, and ask for help on certain stuff. It would be perfect...sounds somewhat familiar though...
