I've had good experiences with the MU2 motor, but
still more than I'd fork over for a Tyco piece.
Of course, RP just HAD to mention the Tyco
Airport. Saw one on eBay for $22. Now where
in the world am I going to put it?? Armadilloville
may have to expand...

they dragged me back in...bid on a Tyco Airport,
thinking it would never happen, and my low bid was
the only bid. Ka Ching. Then I saw the Tyco Post Office

I thought I was out...spent last night trying to see how

I am going to add 6 inches to one 20 foot side of my layout. I need more side tracks to display my train cars on... This will add 60 to 80 feet of extra track with switches from track to track... I have been studying, how that I want to add the section to one side. I was thinking about making it fairly simple to remove but after more thought I realized it will have 75 more train cars sitting on it...making it not reasonable to remove...

What I will do Chops is go to Lowe's and buy a 4X8 board , the same ones as my tabletops are. I will let Lowe's cut me three, 6 inch strips 8 foot long with their cutting equipment so I get really nice, straight pieces... Then make the small 2x4 frame to add it to....

BTW, are we in a bidding war over that Vernon's Ginger Ale
Switcher?
Hmmm, they crudded it up with Kadee's and might be a nightmare
to re-install good old X24's, may step back from this one. Well,
the die is cast...hey, if you want it, go for it. I never knew this
one existed, but a coupler swap might very well be more trouble
than it is worth. I haven't put any max bid on it.

Nope...I did not bid on that Ginger Ale Switcher, as it was definitely a custom-job....Tyco never made a Vernon Ginger Ale Switcher, as far as I know.
