Folks:

I've been hanging around here, off and on, for some time, but never posted in here.

I'm a model railroader, and I collect transforming robots.
I also make a webcomic:

I like this forum a lot, because it's got that sense of down-to-earth fun that get lost in the more fussy model-railroad forums. I'm more of a Tyco equipment user and tinkerer than a collector of it, but it's fun to see all the unusual variations and equipment that people pick up.

My model-railroad philosophy is, "Relax and have fun."

So, when are you going to buy one of the Transformer Train sets? You DID know there is one, right? Ok, they don't transform into ROBOTS, but the boxcar converts into a command center, the caboose a streamlined ?, and the engine has a radar on it's hood. I think it's a Tyco, I forget.

You should check out my posts in the old toys thread. I think Transformers and GoBots are about the only thing I haven't got put in there yet.

Folks:

I've bid on the TF train set a few times, but it tends to go a little higher than I'm willing to pay. One of these days I'll pick it up. :)

I actually used the caboose as a character in my photocomic, a while back, but that was photoshopped in. :)
