Hey all,
Just came in the mail on Thursday. Lights up, but doesn't run. Further investigation is required

,
Now what were those tips for safely cleaning those chrome shells?
Cheers, Ian

Ian-
Not sure about cleaning them. BriansTyco has some good insight on that- but what I do know is the oils in our skin works as a mild corrosive. That is one reason the chrome wears off. "Handle With Care" if you know what I mean.
Nice loco though! It appears to be in GREAT shape.

Search for "Brianstyco" vids on here for these things. Course you can also email him or pM him or do a "shout-Out" here. He's a pretty helpful guy.

| dragonfyre - Hi - this post should go in trading post for future reference - The Tyco motive power section is for questions concerning Tyco locomotives - such as identification -troubleshooting -showing off your Tyco loco etc.
