| I have a Peabody coal car made by Riverosi that has the same Talgo trucks as those tankers. Other than that I am unsure.

Mehano, I believe they're made by Mehano in Yugoslavia.

and the Michigan Alkali Chemical is a ihc import

They're basically identical so IHC it is or I guess Mehano. I think IHC was just an importer, shell company and Mehano was the actual producer.
Thanks for helping clear that up....

Here is a 34' 3 dome all metal tank car from the past.
