Wonderful new items, WKS. I particular like the GG1 and the modern paint scheme, SEPTA, upon a PCC trolley!
I took a trip, recently, in a DeLorean and went back to El Paso 1881 and found this damsel waiting on a train to meet her beau arriving from Tuscon. The rail is so new there is no station platform yet.

Great shots Jeff and Robert. Birds get to see these views everyday. What lucky creatures.
In the desolate farmlands of central Long Island we search for the tracks.
Finally reach the tracks after biking thru mud and tall weeds.
An RS1 unit approaches from the east with Alco smoke in the air.
Pedal as fast as I can to keep up with the Long Island Railroad unit.
Some nice views in Medford New York with the slow pace unit.
Many bridges on this scenic line as I pedal westbound to keep up with the unit.
Finally the unit speeds ahead bound for Ronkonkoma as I rest my throbbing feet.

Still anxiously awaiting more news on the 2 F7A's they bought a couple years ago. I believe they are restoring them for the Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railroad.
