What kinds of oil and grease are good to use on Tyco engines? Do I need any special kind from hobby shops, or just something from a hardware store?

Cheez, I use Labelle #106 light oil for motor, and axle bearings, and also use it for gears on most HO locos. For my Lionel,Flyer, and some HO locos I use Lionel grease that comes in a squeze tube from the 80s & 90s. I get these at train shows for about $.50-$1.00. The Labelle oil can be found in most hobby shops, and train stores.
