I have a "Transformers" diesel switcher that runs more smoothly and faster in reverse. Is it possible the shell and lightbulb were installed backwards? The chasis looks the same at each end. The small silver gear is closer to the front of the engine and the large black gear is closer to the rear. Is this right?
