Don't have a photo of the actual dual switch, but I once had a switch that looked like an Atlas #177, Code 100, 12 1/2 Degree Crossing (pictured). I thought Atlas made it, but maybe this switch was made by AHM.

I like caffeine and a chainsaw ...

I think you're talking about a double slip switch, and yes, AHM made one. A guy on another forum is getting a friend of his with low cash reserves into the hobby, and people have been sending him old track and other supplies they don't need, and he listed the brass AHM double slip as one of the items he'd received.
I guess it doesn't hurt to beg.
