Since we've got a Lionel forum now, I'll show this off:
My daughter an I picked it up at a flea market last year. It's Lionel HO. The horses are on a balance beam that bobs back and forth as the car rolls. It's one of her favorite cars, and usually rolls in her Chessie train.
