This one's accidental; I got a great deal on a lot that included a bunch of stuff I needed, as well as a loco I already had and intended to flip later.
But when I went to compare condition to determine which to keep, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only were both in like-new condition, but they are actually different...

Interestingly, the presence/lack of roadname is not the only difference. The size of the roadnumber was adjusted as well. So it seems this was not a mere accident, but a deliberate change.

I tell you Tony, you make me go rummage through my trains more than anyone. That difference slipped by me too. Now I have to see exactly what it is I do have. I've also sold one or two of these in the past. Luck would have it that I probably have two of the same downstairs.
Those do look nice. My favorite 430's are that one and the BN.

Awesome locomotive. Here's my first pic for LOTW. It's my first TYCO. I started out in the 90's, and TYCO was fading fast. I had Life-Like to start, and later Athearn and such. I hardly ever saw TYCO stuff around. It's nothing special. I got it in a box of stuff my mother picked up for me at an auction (she collects dishes.) For $5 she got this, some cars, and some track. It was pretty dirty, but I got it running easily.

Hey burlington! I have that same locomotive and it still runs too. I also have the original cars that came in a set with it. I got this set for Christmas in 1971, at the age of five. I have a photo of the train in my profile. The train itself is all I have left from that set. It was named the Super Over And Under with the signs and telephone poles, and a remote uncoupling track. The track plan was a figure 8 with bridge and trestles. As mentioned, I only have the engine and the cars that came in the set.

Hello all. While working on the new layout I brought out my fleet of 20's for a photo op. I have several more but they are stashed away.
Love the site. I am new to posting photo's. Hope this works.......

^^^ Fixed above post ^^^
The reason the jpg file showed up as an attachment was because there was a space in the file name. It was however correct in that jpg was lower case.
It's a bug I still need to work on.

| Yeah that WP unit always made me scratch my head. Its a factory Mantua unit I got off of E-bay. Its a UP unit with a WP patch on it in UP style script. It should be the other way around but what the heck. The SP unit is the only dummy in the group.
