I grabbed these for a song on the 'Bay. They all have cosmetic damage, and missing handrails, but they're complete otherwise. I'll tear them down and clean and lube the motors. The biggest challenge will be rebuilding the damaged hoods and matching the paint. The ATSF will end up on my diesel roster, the RCA and GE on display, if I ever get them done. Had a request to post the pics, so here we go...

Too many projects, too little time, but always lots o' fun! -Todd

They're all neat. I have none of this loco model. They would make nice LotW choices.

I hadn't seen one up close, either, until these dropped into my lap. Thought about putting them in LotW, but their condition is pretty poor. Same construction as a Trolley or the larger Switcher, with an MU2 driving both axles. I haven't gotten any of them running, just yet. Curious whether they'll perform as well as their larger cousins. Might not have as much weight tucked into that small shell. -Todd

Nice finds. I have the GE engine. They're neat lil guys for sure BTW, is that a dent on your GE's hood or did it get melted?

That's an impact. 3 out of 4 corners are crunched. I'm really wondering if I can restore it, properly. Might have to settle for a "hard-weathered" effect and just enjoy it that way. Could be fun making it into a yard wreck that runs like a top for years to come. Suggestions welcome! -Todd
