hi frank the dixie belle and rogers are both listed as 4-6-0s as they have 4 wheel trucks,6 driven wheels and no trailing truck ,ken

This is not a Dixie Bell or a Rodgers. Look at the photo it is a 2-6-0, just like this one

frank yours is a 2-6-0,trouble is mantua only did 10/12 wheelers,cant find an 8 wheeler in that period apart from the general ken

Ken there are two photos in the topic. Both are of the same mantua locomotive with different roadnames., the Mantua 2-6-0. The topic subject photo in post 1, and my photo. And Mantua made a 2-6-0 you see it in its box in post 1.
