You'd have to find a junker at a show, or on eBay.

This SW1 is interesting, because it's always been something I wanted to try one one of these Varneys. It looks like someone turned the large gear on a lathe, turning it into a pulley, and then used a small steel pulley on the motor shaft. I'm sure the belt works better on this unit than the cheap plastic version I have.
