I think the first one was sold by Model Power.
The Southern locomotive is Mantua/Tyco.

Hi,

the red steamer is actually made by a company called Playart, who produced much of the Model Power trains. It is somewhat of a copy of a Lima/Italy steam switcher (Alco 1930). Not much known is about Playart and it's vanished in model railroad history

Apparently it is missing its tender.

Hi Ken,

it is Model Power. But also remember that Model Power (and former PMI) is only a importer and wholesale, like AHM or IHC.
Model Power bought their models from a couple of manufacturers, Roco, Lima, Mehano(tehnika), Playart and maybe others.

Man you're real pros in the hobby

but still with these infos i cannot get any info on the web about these

locos. would that mean that finding the tender for the first one

would be a miracle and do you think these are worthy to keep in my

collection...

Hey Pat. I'm looking at the first 2 pictures you posted. Is the red and white engine in the background a Tyco CP Switcher?

Fatboy 0-4-0 is a loose copy of the Tyco 0-4-0 with old-timey pilot, stack, headlight added.

The CN GP18 is a Life-Like Proto-2000, I forget what they called the Canada arm but they had a different name. Might bring some bucks on eBay, that's an oddball paint scheme. Clicking is probably cracked gear syndrome, Wathers owns the line now and should provide parts for it. Gears can be removed from the bottom by popping the bottom plate off the trucks and the gear and axle comes out as an assembly. May need to gently spread the truck sideframes to remove it (best done by gently rotating a screwdriver blade between the sideframe and truck tower near the center pin).

tyvm ivrr

thanks for your research and knowledge about that loco i know it's quite rare but those models had a problem when you want to take the cab off
it's holding to the frame with tiny**&?*%& plastic hooks and i'm missing some of them so to a collector (a real one) it's not worth much but to me it does
