Pre-weathered buildings? That's pretty neat.

I like the gondolas too...I think Ken already asked, but any idea on how well this stuff performed?

As you can see from some of the larger pics on the site, the detail was nice on the rolling stock. The ability to easily drop in Ertl's loads was interesting. Check out the pic I have of the CNW Box Car with the roof removed.

The cars had decent knuckle couplers factory installed. The trucks were good, but did feature plastic wheels. They feel a bit light to me, but maybe with a load in place they'd be closer to correct weight.

The Ertl loads are now mostly among the Life-Like line.

The cars were expensive when new in 1998 at $30. After the line crashed it was common to find them discounted down to single digits...$5-$10 each.

They are readily found on eBay and don't go for much money, from what I've seen.
