Not trains, and I'm not even sure if this used the tool that Matt mentioned that made me link this here...
...but this is FUNNY (especially since I myself *almost* fell victim to a similar situation once, when I had Z-rated rain tires on my '97 T-bird... but I MADE IT (albeit after an epic struggle I still chuckle about )

HA!
We once went up a hill like that, and just barely made it too. You could smell the tires starting to smoke. Mind you, this was our old 1996 Ford Taurus station wagon. With all-season tires. And my mother at the wheel. 
Hey, and just today I had my first real encounter with an ice patch while driving...I think I handled it pretty well!

Yes, VERY FUNNY, I love Benny Hill. Although the streetcar passing thru made it a worthwhile ( and train-related ) video, it was amazing to see some vehicles just zoom up and merge, while others couldn't do it. Thanks for posting that...
