The Tenshodo are my favorite passenger cars although they seem rather short. They go well with cental valley passenger trucks. A few years ago I found a box with fourteen of these passenger cars at a train show. They had lighting and interiors kits with them. Unfortunately half of them were half assembled and repainted in a dull primer colored paint and need to be repainted. I have not had the time to work on them or decided a road for them. The other half of the box contained unused kits of ATSF and UP cars. Of all the passenger cars I have these are among my favorites.

Ken,

These cars go for low dollars at times. I've seen some Tenshodo/PFM shorty streamliner cars go for $10-$20.

The Brass Model Trains Guide Volume 1 from this Spring shows $60 for Pennsy Tenshodo cars from 1961.

You may have already looked but there is information about Tenshodo at this link.

Wish I had more of the Tenshodo Trains. The 4-6-4 Hudson I have runs like a watch. Good luck on the Penn Passenger Cars!
