I know that this is HO forum but can anyone date this
MRC RAILINE N Gauge set.

The set is mint and I got for next to nothing and was just wondering about
how old it is.

Thanks
Bob

I think that set is from around 1970.

Thank you Tony !

Wow I had no idea it was that old.

I always wondered when MRC moved operations from Brooklyn NY
to what was there new building in Edison NJ.

They outgrew it about 15 or 16 years ago and since have moved to a larger facility in Raritan Center. (also in Edison)

The box and transformer is marked Edison NJ so that narrows it down
when they moved.

Thanks for the info

I just picked up an MRC N-Scale Catalog that dates from 1970 and this set is included it. I'll do some scans this weekend and try and get it online for you to view.
