That's a nice one, it looks like your derailments were fortunately into marshmallow fields. I've yet to get one of those 630's but it's on "the list".

Uncatalogued and Seldom Seen Tyco-Mantua C&NW GP-20. This one has the road numbers painted on the sides of the engine towards the rear. I have another one similar to the one pictured on Tony Cook's site without the painted letters.

I think I've shown this one before but my latest photo shoot of it came out so well that I had to post it again...

Hi all,
nice stuff and cool pictures! Mine is a Rivarossi as well, not as spectacular as the 4000, but very uncommon, even here in Europe. It´s a Dutch Ry. Class 1100 electric in blue.

Have a nice day,
Martin

Is that Mantua's MU-2 GP-20? I know they eventually came out with can motors and 8-wheel drive also.

Ken, I checked out the rest of this set in the COTW forum. What a great set to begin with and yours looks about as good as it gets. Was this the set that sold on ebay a few weeks back?

They were made for Mantua by Mehano, and were the only locos that stood up to the punishment they got at Northlandz.
