lol. funny little thing[:p] Good choice of music too...although I'm not sure it fit with what was in the video. It's like that time I made a vid of my trains and edited in Bloodhound Gang music[B)]

I saw that video about a month ago...
Factory Direct Trains is where I got.../tyco/forum/uploaded/Zebrails/SD-7 01.jpg
I also like how the stripes/color kinda match the Canadian National cars behind it. #990 was the first production SD-7. Was bought by B&O, I believe. This will be added to my "Demonstrator" page, here... now, to come up with an anecdote to it...hmmm...

So, wha'cha think?

I don't have a one track mind. It depends on the turn-out. "I love your catenary!" Is that a power-trip or just another pick-up line?

okay, so this is late...
I'd like to thank you all for your comments.
Our train club layout is going to be put away in about a month. We will be losing the great space we/the train club & layout while at the Kamloops Museum & Archives.
But, that does not mean I won't be taking anymore pic's of my up and coming demonstrators yet to grace my shelves.
Answering your questions: I did plan to take a broad shot of the entire loco & passenger car line-up. The have since been put away and will not see daylight until I have more room where I live OR we get an equally pleasing place like the museum to set up the layout again.
DaCheez, The black & white passenger cars... I bought them that way, and yes they are custom painted. But, I generally see the method quite easy. Undecorated cars, splash on two white stripes going the length of the cars, and then adding a simple orange wet CN noodle decal.
My regards to you all.
John/Zebrails p.s. I will try to continue my filming of freight trains going through Kamloops. Lately, I have not been seeing the GP-9m this past month, downtown. I hope it's getting an overhaul... but, considering that it IS over 40 years old and part of the first generation diesel locomotives, perhaps Canadian Pacific Railway has decided it no longer feasible. They are, however, making big uses out of their two SD40-2's... one is filmed leaving Kamloops with a good mix of freight behind it. Almost the Twilight Zone, save for the lack of caboose, also in tow. Good day!
Plus, I will take a batch of pic's as a last hurrah of my Demonstrators. Now, that said... the locomotives will be holding picket signs as a protest of the impending closure of the railroad... well, you do know what these picketing locomotive strikers are called, right? Naturally, they are -------------!!
