hi guys i am trying to remove battery/fuel tank cover from base of loco,believe earlier ones were held on by 2 screws,but this version has no screws any ideas ken

Hey Ken,
It is just a pess fit. However, mine has a thin piece of double sided tape holding the tank to the frame. So until the tape is overcome, you will need to pry gently with a small flat head screw driver. It will go easier if you remove the shell first.
