Hello All---I've got a question that possibly can only be answered by this board! I have a set of NH passenger cars (see below). On the combine and coach, there are small number boards with car numbers on them. However, the obs. car has the letters "PBO" instead of numbers. Any idea what they mean?

I found it! The AAR designation for a coach/observation is PBO. That must have been the reason to put in on the Tyco car--wow, a bit of the prototype on a Tyco! (although I've never actually seen a car with that lettering on it in real life...it's more of an accounting designation).
