Here's the best I could do photo-wise without my brother-in-laws hi tech equipment.

I got this on ebay when ebay was pretty new. (10 - 12 years ago) At the time I thought I was only going to collect promo cars. That mission turned into a quest to get my Slice of Woodbury display.

It has Tyco on the undercarriage for what its worth.

Funny how that happens. In my case it was "Hey wow, I remember how cool these little piggybacks were" and "Huh, never seen a GN 430 before..." [Oops!]

Thanks for the pic. I like the simplicity of that car... and it looks more prototypical than most of their promos.

I too have an early ebay account... but back then I was chasing Nascar 1/64 variants, and Tucker Torpedo memorabilia. Tyco? Pshaw! [:P]

The Dessenex is a legit TYCO peice. Note the data stenciling. I dont know of any other info about it other than it was offered in a promotional set. One thing to note is about 90% , if not all the Mantua produced promotional cars and even the state cars have the MMP stamp on the body somewhere. I dont know if they used the same data as TYCO because I dont have anything in my collection to compare it with because the 2 promo cars I have that they did dont have any data on them. I`ll have to research that or maybe someone on the group here has one they can compare with?

That's interesting about the MMP. I have noticed that several times on ebay items just since you posted this.

If anyone is interested, I will be dealing off my Orange Blossom Hobbies Boxcar now, (w/MMP of course). It was just filler on my promo shelf until I found one more Tyco piece to fill that gap, which I have done.
