Hi! I'm new to this forum! I recently was extremely lucky to purchase a mint conditioned 1985 Tyco Transformers Electric Train and Battle Set. However it did not come with instructions or a Transformer Controller Power Box to run it. The person I bought it from claims it is still in perfect running order. I don't know much about trains and I don't know what type of engine train this is. Any additional info. would be greatly appreciated!

The train as you will see from the pics is in mint condition. What I need is info on is what type of Tyco controller power box I need and where can I purchase one? Thanks!

Welcome...that is a nice set.

As for power, I have one you're welcome to for the price of shipping it...probably $2.50-4 depending on where you live. Most of my box lots come with at least one and I never throw anything out.

Blessings, BC
