This Old West layout went on hold for about two years. I had laid it with
Atas sectional track, but it needs to be durable and ultra-reliable as this
is designed for transportation to shows. It uses a foam base on an open
frame on a folding table. Weighs under 50 lbs.

I didn't like the conductivity reliability of the Atlas stuff, and once it is
moved a little bit as a unit that will increase those problems. So, I am
relaying all the track with Bachmann EZ track, which has proved to be
very reliable and sturdy.

I am repurposing the EZ track from the old 4x4 Armodilloville plus some
more.

There are two levels, but no intersections. It will be powered with DCC
using two Bachmann DCC equipped American types and one analog
Pola 4-4-0 to have three trains running simultaneously.

Looks like a neat concept! I like the varying track elevations and numerous visual blocks. Keep us posted!
