The SP-40 i got off eBay for $25+S/h, it has ben hard wired and the rear drive shaft was replaced with a home made one. It's strong I've pulled 2 1/2 pounds with it. The GP-40 ran good for the first 20 min then it began making a strange sound (like the wheels are off the track) I spent 3 hours trying to find what is casing it with no success, I took it back to Hobby town and the manager sent it to there other store that has a "Train guy" that was on the Sep. 4th i haven't got it back yet.
Here's the SP-40 Early bird gets the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese!!
