Cool to see 'em all lined up. I have to ask, why the focus on just certain models? Is there a plan or desire for just certain TYCO pieces?

FANTASTIC COLLECTION !!!
I could never stage that shot in my house...I would be afraid of the dog coming downstairs and knocking it over when I was taking the picture.
GREAT STUFF !!!

These are my favorite Tyco's is why such a large quantity of each. The SF are project loco's and all but 2 are going to be redone. Keeping the red air horn and one other. Mainly a desire for these Tyco's. Some i got real good deals on. The Royal Blue was my first steam engine ever purchased when i was younger. The Silver Streaks - i am obsessed with gleaming chrome. The Rock Island is just a favorite with vivid memories growing up-- one of the fastest tyco's i ever owned as is the Golden Eagle.

i hear you Bob on the dog and staging the shot. I have a 3 yr old daughter who was not home as i would not have been able to do this either with out disasterous results. it took over 1 hr to get all locos together and to stack the boxed loco's so they would not fall over.

THANKS TO ALL FOR THE REPLIES AND COMMENTS. [:D] This collection photo took over 2 yrs to acquire these pieces. Is there a power supply that could power these 80+ locos?? L-O-L Probably cause a black out from the surge if a power source was available. i have as many cabooses for the locos also that are not pictured. most are in their original boxes. POST YOUR COLLECTION PHOTO'S.

I'd like to start a coal-a-lishun to advocate the support of helping the needy kidz who haven't yet let their hands touch these and many fine other collections of sorts in this here the manifested artistically dominantedly form of fourum placeholding type of jibberish to wish for a renewal of... of... uh oh... off tract again...
what angle do you call it in a head-on collision?
A wrecktangle.
[B)] j visual overdose, I think... cool, collection.
I don't have a one track mind. It depends on the turn-out. "I love your catenary!" Is that a power-trip or just another pick-up line?

Wow... that's a cool pic. Looks like the back / overstock room of a hobbyshop!
Not counting the few duplicate / parts units, I have 54 Tyco locomotives. All of them are unique. All are diesels, with at least one of every type Tyco offered. 18 are boxed. 21 are what I consider "mint/ near mint" (with or without box), 16 more are "as close to mint as makes no difference", and the rest are good enough to keep for the collection.
The funny part is, before July 2006, I only had 4... and mostly carcasses at that. Stupid haunt and GN430. [:P]
