So, Bachmann Makes This pretend narrow gauge set:

And, I wanted to make the loco look more like a real K-28\

so I moved the headlight to the top of the smokebox and filled in the hole where it was before. I then moved the air compressor to the front of the smokebox and filled in the walkway where it had been.
I decided not to extend the handrail to the front of the smokebox because the air compressor was in the way. It is still definitely not realistic But it is recognizable so I am happy with it.

Neatly done! I'm especially impressed that the headlight still lights in its new location. I assume that took some interesting work to get the wiring to it and still make the front end look right.
