I recently found some Rio Grande caboose decals that I had lying around so I decided to make a Rio Grande caboose. I started with this santa fe caboose:
Then I stripped the paint. Next I gave it a few coats of orange paint:
Then I put on the masking tape.
and painted it silver:
I let that Dry then removed the tape and applied gloss clear coat:
Then I applied the decals and put clear strips of plastic on the inside for windows.
I am very satisfied with the finished product

That came out VERY well! Neat job of masking, painting, decaling, etc.
I also think adding the glass to the windows makes a huge difference in the large windows of those streamlined cabooses.

Great work, Erik! I'm envious of your perfect tape work.

Nice painting and decal work, a reporting mark (DG&W) and car number would really add to its finished look!
