So This is kinda silly, but for someone who has never used a forum before It can be quite confusing,
(The Reason why I joined the forum on December 26 2019 but my first topic was made on June 24 2020)
Anyways to start there are a list of forums that you can make topics in:
Pick the one that you want to make a topic in:
Click The button that says New Topic:
And Then You Can type What you want:
if you would like to upload pictures There is another guide on how to do that: http://www.tycoforums.com/tyco/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=7857 Just make sure it is 1000 or less pixels horizontally.

Now For How To Reply To topics:
on The Tyco Forum Homepage There is a button that says active topics:
When you click on it it will show you all of the recent topics That have been created or commented on.
If you want to comment on one of these go to the very bottom of the page where It says Reply to Topic
Then You Can Type in your comment:
If You Want To reply to something specific that someone said You can quote them.
right above their reply there is a few small pictures
click on the one that looks like this:
And you can write your quote reply
