Two faces of Jupiter. This one mocked up a bit to resemble the Lincoln Funeral Train unit. Stock Bachmann, with the worn out drive shaft replaced with a bit of flexibile RC fuel tubing.
And the retooled sound fitted Bachmann Jupiter. This really is a fine piece. Hope it lasts longer than other Bachmann pieces. She stumbled her way around the raw track. Track needs a solid cleaning. Sound system is a thing of beauty and works with DC.
Making her way around Mormon's Gulch. Or it could be Canyon City. Still a toss up, but I do cherish this Bachmann piece. For once.
Eventually going to have to reletter one of the tenders for something other than "Jupiter." Any suggestions?

Maybe "General" as it is a 4-4-0 essentially.
My LOTW offering is this classic "Red Box Era" Pennsylvania RR Tuscan Red F9A #9769.

Oh wow, that looks so vintage. I wonder if it was made when PRR was PRR.

Well, yes it was actually. PRR was still PRR in the early 1960's, which is when this loco dates from--- "The Red Box Era."

My LOTW will be my Tyco Santa Fe Powertorque C430. This is a near-mint unit, and overall I'm really happy with it.
