My LOTW will be my Rivarossi HO U25C diesel, dressed in the prototypically correct Northern Pacific Scheme.

While going to engineering school I got the opportunity to tour the Boswell Energy Center, which is a power plant in Cohasset MN, roughly 2-3 west of Duluth. While there I saw a poster on the wall that talked about the trains that hauled coal from the west to this plant. The primary picture on the poster showed an NP U25C at the lead of a Cohasset Bound Coal train. When I saw this locomotive, I was really happy to get it. I'm in the process of obtaining some parts for it. It will need to obtain a motor and a new pair of trucks.

One doesn't see NP too often. Very interesting backstory. Engineering school, huh? Whoophta, that's outta my
wheel house.

Anyways, this interesting piece turned up on its way from the Andersonville Paint Shops, rattling its way down
old branch line tracks on its way to be headquartered in Downtown Armodilloville.

I absolutely enjoy the handpainted craftsmanship. Perfecto for Armadillovillo.

My LOTW offering is this LifeLike Santa Fe GP38-2 "High-Nose" #3560. I had the shell and a spare LL GP38-2 working chassis lying around, so long story short, I got this Geep riding the rails once again. I once dreamed of owning one of these in the ATSF scheme, now I have 2 powered ones and 1 dummy.
