It's a bit too long and a bit too short to be a docksider, but there are similarities. I'm not sure if somebody makes that exact loco, I don't believe any of the big companies made those baldwin saddle tankers.
However a brass company may have. Just try looking up like "Baldwin saddle tank ho" and see if you find anything.
However you may have better luck making one yourself. I think Folsom prison #1, which SCVR66 was building is a good match as well. He has a thread here. Check it out!

"Too long and too short." Hmmm, will have to work on that one! When are you going to give us a new video? How is new layout going?

Aggh! Autocorrect! also by short i mean, like, squat, as in the height of it, not the length.
Currently busy with my modelling projects and job (currently building 60+ walthers pipe loads) so sorry for the lack of content. And again, not building a layout. I make sets that end up being dismantled per scene. Once in awhile I'll dress up the table and make a full circle of track to run some stuff, but I mostly just do the sets and filming.

I know a small saddle tanker, similar to the ones pictured here, that weighs about 16 tons.
