My LOTW this week will be this Yugoslavian-made C628 in a Union Pacific scheme. This unit and a dummy unit were gifted to me in very poor condition. I super glued the steps back onto the powered unit, then gave it the paintbrush special with some charcoal grey acrylic. I also swapped a motor mount to the power unit and was able to get the headlight working again. Overall I'm pretty happy with how this unit turned out, especially when considering how bad it started out.

That's a neat, classic looking piece. Nice that you were able to fire it up.
BTW, these go nice with Dutch Maid hoppers. I got a few extra I'm interested in letting loose
(too many for one locomotive to pull effectively). I'll let 'em go at $5 a whack, got maybe three
or four I need to turn loose.
