I think that's the Soo Line's GP35... and is that next GP38 from the B&M (I don't know for sure)? I always though D&H had a classy scheme on that U-Boat, but I bet it had to be washed often...

Going clockwise, the first is Atlas' U23B Delaware & Hudson Bicentennial; next is Tower 55's modern UP GE with the Building America flag; then the Athearn GP38-2 Boston & Maine Bicentennial; next is a Genesis UP Building America SD70; then Soo Line's Bicentennial GP35 which is from Athearn; and finally the Athearn SD45T-2 in Cotton Belt Bicentennial dress.
At first, I had my TYCO Super630 1776 parked where the Cotton Belt tunnel motor is in the above pic. This is the first TYCO loco to grace the Doc's Caboose case since the business opened over five years ago.
The Independence Hall is a Bachmann Plasticville from the mid-'70s.
