Here's my LOTW offering:
I present...... Santa Fe FTA #401!! This dummy FTA was produced from a former powered-unit that had armature issues, that I completely stripped of its motor and gears. Lastly, I convered the Kadee-style couplers to horn-hooks, just like powered A.T.S.F. FTA #400.
Both Santa Fe FTA's #400 & #401 are working superbly - hauling 13 cars of mixed freight on the inner line of the Ephrata Valley Railroad.

Dug out of a project box, a RivaRossi Reno, minus the tender. I'm sure a tender is just waiting for me at the next train show. Evan

Nice loco PG. The tender you'll need for that loco will have a black colored can type motor in it. However, you can use any of the tenders produced for these locos. The first production run used an open frame motor and the second production run used a silver can type motor, but all used the same connection for the tender drawbar.

Go all the way back to wood. Then, you'd have the fun of trying to split those gnarly old cottonwoods that grow in your part of the world.

That foliage is a wonderful back drop, RP. I can almost hear the roar of diesels.
My contribution came from the UK, off eBay, and is lovely to look at, which is all I can do. It is a dud. I will take it apart today and see if there is an obvious fix.

Nice pieces, and I particularly like that old Tyco steamer. Never seen that one before. How's she run?
My LOTW Terrier is a total dud. Removed the shell and applied leads directly to the brush contacts- not a peep. The motor itself is pressed between two slabs of what appears to be zinc, and there seems to be no means of wresting them apart. Ouch, it was rather expensive to ship from the UK. Should have known, it is another Philadelphia Not-So-Flyer.

My little post is this 0-4-0 Camelback by New One. Doesn't run yet, brushes are't too good. But looks good and in good shape.
