Here's my SOTW offering:

All 3 of my Tyco Gulf Oil triple-dome tankers (I believe that the lead tanker is one found on Ebay last week, while the following 2 were obtained at January's train show.)

RP,

Congrats on getting the one tanker for only 99 cents. Those tankers will come in handy to fuel all those cars, commercial and construction vehicles on the layout.

Thanks guys!! Microbusss, if you could, I'd like to request a picture of the Union '76 triple-dome tanker that you have, for this week's COTW!

I anticipate having a total of 8 triple-dome tankers by the end of next week. Stay tuned.

toptrain,

Nice set. You've quite a varied collection of brands.

Your grandson must have seen the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang movie!

* Hi Brian. If you mean that within the set are cars of different brands, it isn't so. After the Wabash Penn-Line GP-9 comes 3 box cars, UP, MP, and GN, then 2 gondolas Wabash and PRR, then a Santa Fe flat and the Wabash caboose. All are Penn-Line cars. And Noha is a 3-year-old that can play really hard. He rearranges everything.

Hi toptrain,

Sorry for not being clearer. I was referring to the amazing lineup of Lionel, Gilbert, Tyco, Penn Line, European, etc... trains that you have.

Here is my offering for SOTW. This is Gilbert set #332 from 1956. This set is one of my favorites with the 446 whistling Hudson.

My comments exactly just been slow in returning to our forum, and Brian did say it first, and very well.
Also Brian most of my stuff isn't quality pieces, just beat up old, well-used trains. Cant help it, I like trains. I get what I can, and like sharing it.

Thanks guys. Yes, it's a very nice set. I also have the extremely hard 58' version of the 446 set, the 30440 set which is in almost as nice condition.

Frank, you have quite a few items that get me drooling and I agree with Brian's comment 100%. You have some really nice pieces. Someday i hope to have a nice layout to be able to run my Gilbert, Tyco and Marx HO stuff on. Until then I'm stuck with either the floor or my 60's vaccumm formed plastic layout haha
