Mine for this week is a Tenshodo Mohawk 4-8-2. The first photo is taken once I got it home. * Just looking at the photo the front pilot is bent in, the bell needs something done to it, the valve gear is messed up, and the drawbar and its electrical connection need to be fixed. The tender lettering needs some work. That is only what you see on this one photo. frank

1950-1952 Mantua Shifter. This was a basket case save. The boiler had some pretty significant metal rot; of which there are traces yet visible, and a couple things broken off, but I had all the parts and some JB Weld, and there you have it.

She's a beaut Barry, glad you put in the effort to save this little engine. I'll think back to this when I look at my basket case wood cars. By the way, if anyone has any Silver Streak reefer or boxcar parts around, you know who to PM....
sim-al2 Also since they cut track maintaince the trains had huge trouble making over the railroad by the end 純那 yeah They did a Rock Island volountarily
