Got this interesting F today. Diecast shell that looks to be a FT or F2. Sitting on a Athearn blue box F chassis. Who made the shell? Very thick and heavy. No nothing on it says who.

I think that is a Cary die-cast FT shell. Should be a good puller considering how heavy it must be!

* It sure looks like a Varney Body. It looks like a FT body with the F3 roof insert. It would be nice to see the drive.

This is a modified Cary FTA cast shell. It has been modified to be a non-dynamic version like the original demostators. It has screens and exhaust added to improve the detail.

Thanks John! The resident FT expert. I'm going back for the powered B. Has operating diaphragm and the same non dynamic roof. The engines were coupled by a draw bar.
