So I have a CPR MU-2 equipped F7 that's overloading my P1K pack.

How would one remedy this/what's the cause?

Is the motor itself getting hot? Usually when the Alnico magnet goes bad, it takes more energy to try to spin the armature, so it will draw more amps, and overheat and eventually burn up the motor. Try touching the magnet with a miniature steel screwdriver shaft, if it barely sticks, that may be your problem, a weak magnet. Does the wiring on the armature look brownish, like it's burnt?
