Had the day kind of free....so I got some done. I think they all turned out OK. No orange peel finish. The black had me worried for a bit, but it laid down fine. First two will be GN. The others , Santa Fe. I'll need the right aluminum for those. Evan

Looking forward to seeing these. Curious, not a Canadian road? I guess my first love, the TH&B, didn't have to many of these in inventory!

Well, the Great Northern did run into British Columbia. In fact, they were in competition with Canadian roads on Vancouver Island for passenger business. They ran a St Loiuis Car Co. motor on the peninsula where I live, between Victoria and Sidney It was eventually sold to PGE

Main colours done. This Pullman Green, So dark it's almost like Brunswick Green. Then I made the mistake of comparing the other GN schemes from different makers. So, which one is correct?

I have the center stripe to mask and paint yet. Using green 3M masking tape, a straight edge and a razor blade. Seems to work well. I could learn to enjoy this painting thing.

I didn't try to make them perfect perfect. The rough edges will be covered by the yellow and white trim stripes. Those will be more difficult, I'm thinkin".
