The bowl shaped thingy is a base, and it once was fastened to a wall or bulkhead
thus projecting three small electric lights. I am told that it came from a passenger
coach. Anyone have a clue as to vintage or what sort of coach would be so equipped?

It is for sale, BTW. BO. It is heavy and will cost a fortune to ship.
