Was the green bulkhead flatcar with black bulkheads ever released outside of the Clementine set?

Apparently the boxes called these "Pulpwood cars" because they came packed with pulpwood loads. I'd have edited the topic title but turns out we can't.

I have the green one and it's road name is "Great Northern". I also have the blue one that come with the load of steel... Also have at least one red one. I always thought they were kind of cool...

I know that the all-green one is Great Northern. But the Clementine set came with a pulpwood car that had black bulkheads, and a lower body the same darker green color as the trailer flatcar. Is that one GN as well?
