So, I bought a crane car with boom tender recently. It arrived today, and the thread for raising and lowering the boom was messed up (it wasn't even on the winch). I've been trying to sort it out but to no avail. Can someone instruct me on how it's supposed to be threaded?

Tyco's. Why do you think I posted this thread in Tyco Rolling Stock? :P

I know it's missing the knobs, but that looked to be all that's missing. I have the double-hook - it's off its winch too, and I left it off for now to keep it out of the way. I took the crane apart for access, which is why the cabin and all aren't in the photos
