I came across an ebay auction that included a number of things including this trolley. The auction has already ended, but I'm curious what this is. The axles look like they're for a rubber band drive.

Chassis is a Athearn F7 with the Hi-F rubber band drive.

Hmm...the chassis frame appears to be tapered in at one end. Athearn F-unit makes sense.

Athearn Hi-F F unit frame with Athearn RDC trucks....trolley could be scratchbuilt or Suydam.
